Ich Bin means I am. Sie is used in a sentence as You, or She, depending how it is used. It translates I am you, or I am she.

It all depends whether the "S" in "Sie" is a capital or not. If that's not the case, it might mean "without them", or "without her", otherwise the other amswers are all correct.
"Sie" with a capital "S" is the polite form for you, and can mean one or more people, "sie" with a small "s" can mean "they/them", or "she/her".
