Do you have a whorl or a colic? If you do there's not much you can do. Get a cut that will help downplay that part of your hair. Otherwise you may want to use a gel, it's heavier and will help baby fine hair stay down.

Avoid blow drying if u hav time 2 let them dry naturally, using comb will help u more, n try a little hair spray or hair gel if they dont stay down by simply combing your hair while they dry.
