I really have enjoyed the forums on the National Alliance on Mental Illness website (nami.org).

They have several different discussions going on to cater to your particular interest or need. And, its free!

I came across this he other day and thought it was the coolest thing:

www.realmentalhealth.com

also, just google kewyords like "depression chat" There are lots of places to get support online. I remember back when I was looking for chat rooms and such, there was a place called Healthy Place that was pretty big. I don't know if it's still around, or not. Nothing can replace support from real, live people!

Depression is not necessary if you know Christ intimately.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
