If she constantly refuses to refund money to you. talk to the bride, if it is her friend. The other person will be very embrassed being asked by the bride to refund you.

You ask again. Then send a reminder. Then, if still nothing, you eat the cost.
You can't make her pay you, and you really shouldn't bring the bride into it.

just say every one put in a £15 in th pot so she have to put £15 in if not she will not enjoy the fun and wont be there
