I highly doubt it can. The blood brain barrier is very tightly regulated and only specific substances in like, CO2, O2, ethanol can enter due to the endothelial cells being tightly packed. A condition like meningitis can cause a disruption in the barrier but the chances of getting it is small.

not without the barrier being compromised. the BBB is the pickiest membrane in the body for good reason
