some girls say it dont and some say it really does, help am confused

Sorry to say but yes it does. And i also think length matters too. But obviously what you do with it counts a lot also.
Can i just add also, that this is my personal opinion. I do think it might not matter to some other women though. For example does anyone remeber that guy that did a 'penis diary'? his penis was 1inch small! and it was 3inches when errect! He had a long term girlfriend. So it obviously didnt matter to her.

I think it depends on the girl because if she's built like a bucket then you might as well be throwing a sausage down oxford street for all the good it will do her no matter how big or wide you are. If she's average in that area girth really does do the business, much more than length.

From my experience if its too big it can hurt the woman, but women who say that they need a big fat **** or they cant feel anything probably have a bucket after having a few too many monsters in them
