yes you can use is either way.. My daughter liked it mostly on vibration unitl she was big enough to actually see the colors of the lights and stuff.. why dont you want to use the vibration babies like that?

Yes you can and the incline isn't bad for them..it is actually good for them so that there head isn't being thrown forward at all!! Some babies like the vibration and others are afraid of it. My daughter loved it as an infant!! Good Luck!!

yes you can use it without the vibrations but the vibrations sooth the baby and no it isnt harmful 2 the neck

It should be fine if the head looks like it is to wobbly for you comfort you can roll a recieving blanket and prop the head up, or if you have a head roll for the carseat\carrier, that would work great. The vibration is definately optional, it helps a gassy baby though.

My 2 liked it better with the vibrations on as it soothed them to sleep and they were both in it from birth

Sure! We hardly ever used the vibrator thing since he didn't like that too much.

Yes you can, it's fine. my two youngest loved the boucey seat, both with and without the vibe.
