Fasting and asking for answers and cleaning up your diet from all processed stuff would be a good start too.

Leo lived in a time where people were scared of new ideas or consepts. Keep in mind the romans had plumbing and steam power of sorts at one time. He did research and read about them and then started to think for himself. After the middle ages his ideas weren't new-new he took in what he learned and thought about things that would make life easier. What make the body work?

being that he is not alive you probably won't get sued for infringements, and being that He has passed, you might just have to deal with his spirit haunting your mind. because it is not his. and your motives would be different, sounds a bit off the kilter, but what do i know of those things?
