Hi, on any day at fix time (e.g., Monday morning at 7 a.m.), note down meter readings of electricity, gas and water meter. Also use a fresh bin bag for dumping the waste. After seven (or fifteen) days, again note down the meter readings, and weigh the waste put it in the bin. Subtract the corresponding past values from these values and then divide these by number of days passed to get your daily averages.

One piece at a time: Read your meters, water, electric, gas. Weigh your trash and find out how your area processes its trash and the energy consumed per pound. When you have all the numbers translate the resource numbers into common unit for comparison against Nat'l Avg. in a consumer guide

Look at your gas and electric bill which will tell you how much you use.

Water and waste are not energy, unless you somehow can determine how much energy the water company uses to deliver water to your house and how much energy the trash company uses to take trash away from your house, which I think is not possible, at least not realistically.

read the meter at a set time each and using the amount shown on the bill per unit or per therm etc calculate the daily cost.
