my hair is black and i want to put red highlights in it, do you think that i should?
the shade of red that im putting in it is like that red-headed chick from the desperate housewives hair.

To begin with, I must admit that I refuse to watch Desperate Housewives. I always like a woman's hair to remain as near to it's original color as possible. My wife went with highlights about two months ago and I really didn't care much for it (I NEVER SAID SO). Right now she doesn't like it either. I can very easily compliment her each and every day. She is GOD's GIFT to me. I hope that you decide on your own and someone else has the same feelings for you that I have for my wife. Have a great holiday!

I think you should go for a honey brown if you hair is black, but that's just my opinion. I think you should do whatever makes you happy. If you really want the red highlights over any other color then that's what you should do.

It sounds gorgeous whes its about colours but to be honest . If you die hair, your hair will b white b4 its age 4 them or you 2 have white hair with all entire years 2 come 2 enjoy different dyes untill you get allergic, so my openion is your natural hir color is the best n original style which other eople will try 2 get with dyes.

If i had black hair i would put bright red highlights in it, but it's important to follow your own style. Just be carefull if you do it yourself, always test on a bit of hair you can't see, so you can still change your mind. If i were you, i would go to my hairdresser, cause she still knows what's best for me :)

I think it sounds fun. If your hair is really jet black you may have to strip the color out of the sections you want to make red for it to really take brightly.
