They can feel emotions, but their emotions are entirely different than ours. They do not have the mental capacity to contemplate suicide.

Some dogs are insanely suicidal. A friend of mine has had 4 dogs all ran over iz crazy insedents. He now has 2 dogs who run straight to the road any chance they get.
He loves and spoils his dogs.
Dogs not rats.

I answer this kinda tongue in cheek, but...
We have 2 dogs, a Dane and an Australian Cattle Dog. The ACD has a tremendously strong herding instinct (obviously!) and attempts to herd her sister (and her humans) at every opportunity. Twice now, the ACD has been chomped by her sister, due to her herding and screeching behavior. Chomped bad, as in $1000 vet bills. But will she learn? Nope. Will she stop? Nope. I believe, therefore, she exhibits suicidal behavior.

no never cause i have had 12 to 15 dogs and none were suicidal.

If a dog is very sick and basically knows he is going to die, he will often go off on his own to a remote place to just lay down and wait to die. Is this what you mean?

No they can mope around and be sad, but they dont exhibit any suicidal behaviors.

No, people try to make dogs human. They are dogs with only instincts to breed and survive.

Yes all the time, thats what they always jump out in front of your car when your driving, and eat poop. It is all an attempt to end their lives!! Everyone knows that !

Although they might die if their beloved owner would die, because they will not eat of depression. So, you could say, yes they might be.
