You could head to the dealer and have them explain to you every feature of the truck. They should have told you about everything from the start. I would suggest to start with the dealer you bought the truck from.
Best of luck to you!

hi. I actually have a P reg Fiat Punto. i concept I knew what this became so I in basic terms went to envision the handbook for you: "Injection equipment Malfunction (crimson) once you turn the ignition key to MAR the warning easy comes on yet would desire to flow out returned after some seconds on the fifty 5-6 velocity-60-seoecta-seventy 5-HSD variations and once you initiate the engine of the ninety-carrying and GT variations. If the warning lamp maintains to be lit or comes on mutually as the automobile is vacationing, it ability that the injection equipment isn't working right and would consequence in decreased overall performance, destructive steerability and intense intake. If this occurs, you would be able to proceed your journey, yet you mustn't tax the engine too plenty or tension too speedy. Get in touch with your Fiat Dealership as quickly as accessible. do no longer proceed to tension the automobile with the warning easy lit for too long, although, as this would harm the engine, incredibly wen that's not working easily or is misfiring. thus the automobile would in basic terms be pushed for as jiffy at low speeds. The temporary or occasional lighting fixtures up of the warning easy would desire to be disregarded." i'm hoping this helps you.

My 2000 Dodge Dakota had the same problem. It turned out to be a cat sensor gone bad. The problem also can be caused by a loose fuel cap. Yes, a loose fuel cap.
But if it runs rough, or knocks, get to the shop A.S.A.P. it could be something much worse.

The only orange light shaped like that that I have seen is the low fuel warning light. The check engine light is clearly identified.

The check engine lamp is most probable. Get the truck checked sooner than later. The computer sees something amiss.

Sounds like your check engine light. You need to take it to a mechanic to have it checked out. If you bought this from a dealership then see if it is under some sort of warranty.
