Yes.

Note, however, that you may find that some atheists do not believe in evolution.

Also there is no such thing as an "evolutionist", anymore than there are "water vaporists" who believe that condensed water vapor causes rain.

Just to make sure you understand:

an Evolutionist might believe in "God" and might even call himself a "Christian" but there is no way that an evolutionist can believe in the authenticity, reliability, and inspiration of the Bible and still cling to evolution. Either you believe in evolution or you believe the Bible but you can't swing it both ways.

If you dismiss the account of Adam and Eve in the garden, you trash the words of Jesus and the writings of Paul. You must rip out parts of the gospels and the letters of Paul. You do away with sin and the need of salvation, the redemption of man and the hope of heaven. There would be no judgment, no new heavens and earth, and certainly no return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I am not saying you yourself are doing that. I am simply saying that if people hold to evolutional theory, they must turn their backs on the clear teaching of Scripture.

ya gotta choose.

god bless

It is only the people who view the world in black and white standards....it is either one or the other. The world is not that simple. It is a process in motion, with solid rules being followed. The people who narrow things down are satisfied with partial understanding of the laws in motion and as questions are presented over and over to explain things deeper and deeper the statement that you are asking for evidence that can not be had....so....it can not be found at this time that does not mean to stop there.....keep digging....name calling is not it....by either side....knowledge is not a bad thing.....limiting it and letting it make you have an ego and being arrogant is....

God and evolution do not conflict. Only that inane book of Genesis conflicts with evolutionary theory, and it was written thousand of years after the so called fact as fiction.

Not all people who believe in creationism is Christian. My friend, a spiritualist, believes as I do, that both happened.

It just seems taht a majority of people here who support evolution are atheists.

Just one of many misconceptions that they hold onto and nurture as an article of faith.
