Airborne is nice. It will not cure up a sickness but it helps boost your metabolism and gives you nutirents to help fight colds.

If you are cronically sick you may have a weakened immune sysytem and visiting a doctor they can perscribe you different vitamins that you cannot get in a store.

Either way you can take all the vitamins in the world but if you arent eating healthy and using a good exercise routine all the vitamins in the world cannot replace those of real food. Also you shouldnt smoke and drinking should be moderate.

Isn't airborne mostly vitamin C? I think it is a good product. Maybe you are nevering getting rid of the bacteria that is making you sick in the first place. Have you taken an antibiotic and finished the course of it? If so maybe the antibiotic was not right for the bacteria you have. Keep some hand sanitizer with you and use it often this will help reduce colds. Germs are everywhere. Try not to touch your face either.

well I took airborne last week and this week I'm sick...I guess it works differently for other people unfortunately it didn't work for me. You might want to look into taking a multivitamin. . .
