i am on a very strict diet and i want to know what else is going to be good for me to drink other then water/ flavored water ?

Water is the best thing you can drink while on a diet. Flavored with lemon it's even better for you. Don't forget vitamin supplements, they're essential when dieting.

Despite what others say, Gatorade is a nightmare when it comes to dieting. Plain spring water is the best. Everything else that is commercially made is full of chemicals and hidden sugars.
You can drink unsweetened tea but then you have to worry about caffine.

Both Gatorade and Powerade are full of sugar. They're not much better than soda in terms of sugar content. However, they can help you hydrate after a hard workout but stick to water if you're just on a diet.

Crystal Light is really good. Its low calorie and no sugar...and tastes wonderful. Also, unsweetened tea is great, full of antioxidants.

Gatorade and Propel has syrups in them that give the flavoring. Not good for a diet.

Water, of course. I drink a LOT of tea as well. I love the flavor. Make sure you are cutting out soda. Try fruit juices too.

Drink Gatorade only when sweating to replace your electrolytes. If you drink it just to drink it you are harming your body and throwing off your electrolytes. Try the vitamin water, or the flavored Nestle waters.

Gatorade and other sports drinks are great due to the fact that they replace electrolytes. If you are exercising then stick to that. Be sure that you are getting vitamins and minerals too when dieting. Good luck!

Gatorade is very high in sodium. It is not very good for you, try Vitamin Water. That is healthy and has no sodium and is low in caolries.

Gadorade is great for you because it keeps your blood sugar at an even keel. It keeps it at aout 120 which is perfect.
