I need to add the date to a document, be able to save the document, and when I re-open it the next day have the date change to the current date automatically. How do I do that? (I hope this makes sense.)

Go to insert then click on field. Then highlight date and time in categories field. Then in the field name highlight the date. click OK. The date will automatically change every time you open the Word Document.

Insert - Date and Time
Then Check "Update Automatically" Box on bottom
