Stretches are really good to tone up the left over skin. You have to do them every day after you've taken a walk or some other form of low impact exercise. Eating a low fat diet is also key. Cut out fried foods especially. Eat fruit as snacks if you get hungry. Try to eat as regularly as possible too. Eat a healthy breakfast cereal in the mornings, a light lunch and then have your dinner in the evening beofre 7 o clock if possible. Avoid eating late at night because you won't work any of it off and the fat will pile on while you sleep. Hope that helps. Congrats on the baby.

Hi,
Remember to drink lots of water. hot lemon water is good for u too. u can add a little splenda to sweeten it up. to maintain your weight walk 3-4 times a week for an hour each time, to lose weight walk 4-5 times per week for an hour+ at a time. watch your portion sizes and the types of foods u eat. maybe try adding a dietary supplement to your daily exercise plan and healthy eating, just to give a little help... I have a weight loss group online and if you'd like to speak with me at anytime you can IM me on yahoo messenger any time.. I havent reached my weight loss goal yet but my group and I have come together to support each other while were fighting to get there, and we will get there! :)
If your interested let me know.

Eat mainly lean proteins and veggies...it works and after about 3 days you'll feel fuller on less food! If you crave something sweet have a piece of fruit or Jello-light. If your really hungry one day have extra protein. Eat whole wheat breads, cereals, rice and pasta in moderation. Veggies are a good snack. Be consistent and if you fall off one day, forget and start again.
Do some low impact exercise, I know it's hard with the kids....walking is probably your best bet. Good luck!
