First off, I always try and buy a really good conditioner. You can get away with using a cheap shampoo, but spend the money for a good conditioner. Especially this time of year you can find great sales at your discount hair places - Borics, Sam's, etc. If your hair is in disarray because of over styling or coloring, be sure to get it trimmed every 6 weeks to help your ends out. There are many great leave in conditioners, but make sure to spend the extra couple bucks for a salon level conditioner. They aren't as expensive as you might think and are well worth it!

Well there are alot of Leave in Conditioners avaliable, but the best way to nourish and repair hair is to use a good conditioner like Elasta QP, Motions, or Paul Mitchell place a plastic cap over your hair, while conditioner is still in hair, sit under a hair dry for 15-20 minutes, then rinse the conditioner out!! Leave in conditioners leave greasy built up in your hair so I wouldn't recommend them!!

Paul Mitchell makes some pretty good leave in conditioners. Also try a honey/olive oil mask - 2 parts oil, 1 part honey. Leave it for about an hour before washing it out.

Frederic Fekkai has a good one, it's called protein Rx. It works pretty well. It tends to make hair a little greasy, so you need to spray lightly. It does a good job. Hair starts looking better within two weeks.

I find that Infusium really does work wonders for dried out straw hair. (Very BAD perming mistake.)

I use Garnier Fructise. It smells good and I can tell it made my hair stronger, I have less breakage.
