Evolution is a "belief system" only to the extent that science is a belief system. In a sense that is true. We accept or "believe" the currently available scientific theory that best explains all the observed evidence, until such time as an alternative scientific theory is proposed that better explains all the observed evidence. So far no-one has proposed any alternative scientific theory that explains the observed evidence better than evolution does. Therefore we must logically accept that theory, just as we accept atomic theory as the best available explanation for the behavior of chemical substances, even though the existence of atoms has never been "proven", but only inferred.

It all depends on how scientific you are. The evidence of evolution is all around us, as observed by Darwin. I guess it all depends on whether or not you'd like to just accept the stories of a few men that lives over 2000 years ago or the research of many scientists over the course of many years. But since neither have been proven to be true, I guess both of them are belief systems.

I guess so. And they are supported by varying levels of empirical evidence. Evidence is usually a good basis for grounding beliefs, even if it cannot be called "proof" (for in a technical, and certianly in a scientific, sense, little can). So look for evidence. Then you'll know which belief system serves you best. Glad to have helped.

Creationism is conjecture. Evolution has libraries of evidence from almost every scientific discipline. Evolution is reality, it happens and it can be observed. Creation can't. Creation makes the fallacy of assuming that any time order is found it had to have been created by something. That's exactly like saying the ground is wet, so it had to have rained.

Sure, why not?
Evolution is a true belief system, and creationism is a false one.

Evolution is reality. Is Gravity a belief system? Is "Round Earth" a belief system?

They both involve axioms, assumptions about the past. In that sense, yes, they are. Niether evolutionists nor creationists were there when these events are said to occur, so they both have to make assumptions about the past they can't prove. That's a part of logic, but what matters is which assumptions are correct. Everyone interprets evidence through their own worldview. We need to find out which worldview is correct, and interpret evidence through that. Evidence doesn't speak for itself like ppl think, it has to be interpreted.

Evolution is a belief system based on proof. But, does it really matter? Evolution, to me, is G-d's way of creating, and continuing to do so.

Both are belief systems, in my opinion, since no one can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that either is true.
