I make chicken pie, quesedillas, yum, stir fry...It's awesome because it cuts down on all recipe cooking time if the chicken is already cooked.

Yes you can debone and freeze. I might boil it for a little bit, take the meat off the bone and use the stock to make chicken noodle soup. Just add the chicken and some egg noodles and a boulion cube and a little garlic. Or you could make a chicken pot pie. Cream of Chicken soup, some frozen veggies, sauted onions and canned cresent rolls for the crust. Try cooks.com, I love that site for recipes from normal people with normal ingredients. Good luck, happy eating and a Merry Christmas to you.

Endless Variety Casserole!
1 cup protein - use your chicken, skinned, de-boned and cut up
1 cup pasta, potatoes, or rice
1 cup mixed vegetables - you choose
2 cups water or broth
Saute some some and garlic in a skillet (optional)
add protein & other indegredients. Bring to a boil, cover
reduce heat to low simmer. If white rice was used, allow to cook for 20 minutes before stirring. If brown rice was used, allow to cook for 40 to 45 minutes before stirring. Otherwise, stir every 5 minutes or so until pasta is al dente or potatoes are cooked.
Enjoy! It's also good with a topping of breadcrumbs and cheese.

You can debone and deepfreeze.
You can also cube it up, sautee onions, mushrooms, celery in 2 tbsp butter until just tender - not browned, add vegetables of your choice and sautee some more. Then add chicken, 1/4 c. flour, 1tsp poultry seasoning and mix thoroughly. Then add about 1-2 c. milk and stir frequently until thickened and bubbly (you can also forgo the set of flour and milk if you have leftover gravy - just add that instead).
Layer mixture in a casserole dish and top with leftover stuffing or lightly toast about 2-3 slices of bread. Butter, salt and cube. Then coat the mixture with the bread cubes.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Makes a great casserole that you can portion out and freeze for later.

Ok here's courtney's yummy suggestion. Tear up the chicken make some gravy throw chicken in gravy let simmer. Put some frozen veggies- whichever you like- it some boilin water let cook. when veggies are done put in gravy with chicken. While all this is happening boil some potatoes and make yourself some mashers. Put gravy with chicken and veggies in pie pan or other baking dish top with mashers put in oven at 350 until mashers get toasty golden on top- take out serve. Yummy easy pot pie type of thingy!!

You can debone the chicken & place them in a non-stick pan & drizzle EVOO (Ms Rachel Ray) on them & add lettuce, onions, bellpeppers, & cheese. Call it a baked chicken salad. Never tried or had it, but it's a suggestion.

Sure you can freeze it. What about a casserole or Chicken enchiladas (add spices, sour cream, top with sourcream and sharp cheddar cheese.) Chickie salad with apples and pecans.
When do we eat?
