Get another and better guy. There is always someone better out there. We only have to decided to be open to see it.

Spend time with friends, get a new hair style, change your living room furniture, put all of his pictures in a box and tape it up, because you will throw it in the trash after a while, if you guys have a pet together, give it to him or give it up for adoption, the key is you don't want to run into things that will cause a memory to flair up. Whatever you do, don't start eating a lot of food, because you will gain weigh.

Well first, did you both clarify it was over? If not you need to. But the best way to get over him is to just surround yourself with fun. Gather up the girls and go shopping. Have a family night and watch movies or go to the movies. DO NOT DO THINGS THAT REMIND YOU OF HIM! NOT GOOD.

You could choose a completely non sexual way of relaxing and getting your mind off it. Perhaps a pizza and movie night with a bunch of other girls. Or indulge your senses in a different way, like a full body massge and spa treatment perhaps afer a swim and sauna. or you could choose the best looking male friend you have, who is a close friend, and explain that for purely pyschological health reasons you would like to make love to him for 12 hours, and could he do you a favour. ( my bet is he will neither be offended nor will he refuse)
