but depends on what kind of tea and how you make it
here are some information
CAFFEINE PER 6-OZ. CUP, IN MILLIGRAMS
Espresso (2 oz) 60-90 mg
Drip coffee 60-180 mg
Black tea 25-110 mg
Oolong tea 12-55 mg
Green tea 8-16 mg
Herbal tea 0 mg
The longer the tea leaves have fermented during manufacture, the greater their caffeine content. Green tea, which is unfermented, has one-third the caffeine per cup as black tea, which is fully fermented. Oolong is semi-fermented and has about half as much caffeine as black tea..

Generally it does but I get decaffinated green tea and it's awesome. I drank a cup of coffee today though so I'm wired!!!!

unless it says it is caffeine free, yes it has caffeine in it. But you can buy caffeine free green tea and it tastes the same (flavored stuff does too).
