Don't treat him like some broken thing you'll never know how to fix. Part of the stigma of molestation is the that the victim believes himself/herself to be to blame for the attack. If you're walking around on eggshells and trying to avoid the subject, you may just reinforce that impresion.

I don't know if there's any advise that someone can give from the outside. I'd make sure you visit him often in the hospital, sit with him and take no notice of the bruises or other injuries (unless he brings them up.)

Make sure he knows you expect he will recover, that people are there to help him, that he is not alone, and that the criminal will be punished to maximum extent you can get from the criminal justice system.

How do you know your uncle's not lying? Ever saw INVASION? Now that show's main story seems to make more sense than what your uncle admitted doing.

Your brother needs to visit with a psychologist and your uncle needs to be put in jail.

That sounds so scary! But since you are his sister, I really wouldn't ask him too many questions about it. Because men really do not like to show emotion. And if he is your older brother, he will be embarrassed(but it's not his fault), because he feels that he is your protector. If he is your younger brother, he will feel ashamed, because he does not want you to view him as vulnerable. My advice to you is to be there for him and just listen to him.
