For the past three days the hole in my mouth has been getting smaller and now my uvala I think is getting in the way it hurts pretty bad...

deffinatly go and see a doctor.
The key is if you are suffering from any other symptoms eg) flu like symptoms, rash etc). If you are it's serious you get proffesional advice

You may have uvulitis or some kind of an allergic reaction going on. You need to see a doctor because if your throat swells too much it will interfere with your ability to breathe and you could die. So go see a doctor or go to the ER NOW, OK?

It sounds like some kind of bacterial infection of the mouth. It could be uvalitis, tonsitlitis, or strep throat. I would defenitely gargle with salt water until you can reach your MD.
