you can cross dog breeds, can you cross birds? ie pidgeon/seagull (that would be a cross between the rat of the sky and a rat of the sea).
If its possible how would u name these new monsters?

You can cross breed dogs because they are the same species. You can not cross breed different species of birds. Gulls and pigeons are not even in the same family group.
