How big a heavy bag should i buy my son age 23, 6', 200lbs?

He will use it for working out, but does not have experience with boxing. He's pretty strong and has done martial arts and wrestling.

80 pounds should be good. You really don't want to get anything bigger than that, unless you're looking at a Water Bag then it should be 110 pounds.
