You better be prepared to eat a lot of them. The trip is grueling and maybe eating a ton of apples will take your mind off the actual trip. My last trip, the plane was loaded with screaming babies and a few apples may have gone a long way.

Starting from wheels-up and given the average flight time each way with layover in China, time for consumption of each apple, and frequent toilet breaks, you will eat approximately 561 apples or 4 bushels, 1 peck and 25 apples. Total apple weight of 187lbs.
Unless, of course, you are talking about an apple laptop. In such case I recommend starting with the keys. Very yummy.

Do you even like apples? Why not eat an orange instead?
