if i cut out sugars and most fat, can i eat anything else i want and lose a few pounds working out? i only have like 5 pounds to lose. and i dont eat alot so its not really a problem, just curious

No, it is a problem, you are getting a little fat. Ha ha, just kidding. At the end of the day, it matters how many calories you took in, and how many you put out. So you could cut out sugars and fast, but if you still eat too many calories, you will not lose weight.

Another approach would be to cut out sugar and other processed food like processed flour. Whole grain helps you lose weight.

It's still controversial, but there is a school of thought that cutting out all fats is not particularly effective. In fact, there are many fats that are considered beneficial -- and that is not a source of disagreement.

If you can reduce your "bad" carbs so that you are consuming only 20 grams a day, you'll lose a lot of weight fast.

Don't cut out all sugars and fats!! Your body need those as well. Just watch you calorie intake and make sure you're doing activities during the day to burn those calories!!
