well its not healthy to lose weight fast.
Plus your body will naturally try to get the weight back fast. So if you do a crash diet be prepared that it will try to build the fat storage back quick.
But heres the answer.
try drinking alot of water in place of food. Take vitamins for the missing food in place of that. Make sure that you eat healthy though in place of your meals then, like veggies and proteins.
Take alot of fiber, believe it or not making you go number 2 in the bathroom will make you lose alot of weight. A secret that weight lifters, boxers, and other pros use before weigh ins are that they go to the bathroom and sweat out the weight or urine and go number 2 so they can drop the unneeded weight.
So try to exercise while you do this crash diet.

Change your eating habbits, cleanse and exercise. ave you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. So it's very possible to lose 20 lbs in a month. I lost 22 my first month and I only exercise the two weeks out of that month. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Eat 5 small (all healthy) small meals a day. DO NOT skip breakfast. Drink LOTS of water. be really strict the first two weeks with this. If you include exercise, you will shed those pounds ridiculously fast!!! Try 3-4 times a week. I lost 8 lbs in just 5 weeks doing this!

it depends on how fast is fast.
I takes about a month to lose weight properly and safely.
My best advice is eat better foods, sleep well every night and run everyday for at least 20 mins a day and you will notice a difference soon enough.

SOmw wrestlers i know only eat grapefruit for breakfast, luch and dinner. It makes you lose weight really fast but is easy to spirial out of control.
