Im a journalist and 3 months ago, I slept with a guy I barely knew. His boss recently called me to arrange an 'editorial' in our paper. He also asked if he could take me out on a date in the process. PS: He's never even seen me before. I can't shake the feeling that the two were talking about me behind my back & his boss just also wants to do what he( my sex partner did). How do I get over this feeling.

Want to go out for dinner!

it does not matter what you do on your free time, you need to let this boss know that you are flattered about the offer of a date but you have learned that dating someone you work with is not a good idea, if you do not get to arrange an editorial after this then you will know what he had on his mind and you made a good decision.

There's nothing you can do except for ignoring both of them from now on. Under the legal aspects, everything's OK since you agreed to sleep with him. So just move on, and take it as another episode of your life.

guys don't ask for dates unless they have seen you or heard something interesting from a friend or co-worker, i wouldn't trust him, all of my friends pick up my ex's and then dump them about a week later just because i brag about them even if they weren't good

Don't "get over this feeling." Follow your instincts and protect yourself from being used.
