There can't be signs to list because people are different. I can say him not spending time with you anymore is enough of a sign but he might honestly be busy or just needs space in the relationship, which might not necessarily mean he doesn't wanna be with you anymore...
Here's the gist: you know him enough to know if he doesn't wanna be with you anymore. You can always just GO AND ASK HIM. His reaction and answer will tell you all you need to know right away. Ask him directly and casually if you have to, no need to make it into a big deal.

Lack of attention/communication is a big sign...talk to him about it...if that is the case, better to break up now than ignore it and let it drag on or days or weeks until he gets the courage to end it...
