The back of the house (housekeeping) is the most important part of any hotel. You may offer great rates/friendly staff. But if your rooms are not clean. You will have a lot of one time customers and no repeats. Word of mouth is devestating to any hotel. Housekeeping is most critized on quality assurance tests. They make or break your hotel.
