I am ashamed to say I really do not know of any. Do you know of any simple dishes that would consist of low fat/low calorie dishes? I really am appreciative of ideas for this event and new lifestyle I have chosen. Thank You in advance. Take care.

This one is really easy & men especially love it! Layer in 9X13 pan: low fat graham crackers. next apple sauce & next low fat cool whip. repeat. last layer should be cool whip w/ sprinkle of graham crackers. Chill overnight. Serve cold. Fab!

You can change any recipe to low calorie by changing the ingredients. Just use fat free and low calorie ingredients instead of regular ones.

Low fat and low cal definitely decreases your choices. Maybe do a search online for low fat or low cal recipies and see if something suits you.

I'm more on sweets...so if your gonna cook dessert, use Equal sweetener or Splenda sweetener...If I was to eat your dish, I'd finish a whole dish of pastry if you'll use those artificial sweetener...They're 0 calories
