The bride wears white, gets married in a church, is given away by her father, the father, best man and the groom give speeches at the reception.

The bride has Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.
The bouquet of flowers is thrown backwards over the brides shoulders and who catches it will be married next.

There are various things that the bride should have with her on the day:
something old
something new
something borrowed (not the groom)
something blue

At the reception the families of the couple line up to greet the guests, then the bride and groom make their entrance.

The guests do not start eating until the wedding party have started.

I guess they would be like any other wedding in england. You walk down the isle with the bride then unveils her and kiss her.

Here where I'm from they usually hit vegas and come back married.

The groom can't see the bride's dress before the ceremony.
The bride's father gives her away to the groom.
A veil is worn by the bride and is lifted by the groom at the end of their vows.
Before the bride and groom leave for their honeymoon she throws her bouqet of flowers and unmarried women try to catch it, whoever catches it is said to be the next to get married!

Hope this helps
