Okay i have got this games called CSI loaded up on my computer from it's cd only problem is now i want to remove it and it won't budge and keeps putting up an error message
and the error message says
"An error (-5002: 0x2) has occured while running the setup please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications If error stil occurs, please contact your vendor :UBI soft" {really do not want to do that } if i ask for details it says the following "Error code (-5002: 0x2)

Try this utility. It should be able to forcibly uninstall the program, or at least remove it from the Add/Remove list.

Once it's removed from that list, you can completely get rid of it by deleting the folder containing CSI's files.

Reinstall it and then remove it. It is missing a file it needs to find in order to do the uninstall. The ins and outs of that are longer, but you get the gist.

sounds like the cd device driver needs updating.

Reboot your machine and try again. If that doesn't help, you'll have to call the vendor.

you can download registry mechanic or other registry stuff.

go to program files and delete your files manually (click it then press delete).

Try reinstalling it, then un-install it.
