Well, each member of those religions is going to be biased and say theirs is best! I'm Christian, and Christianity works for me because of the forgiveness factor and the genuine love and acceptance I feel from God and others, but of course every human thinks differently. Who's to say who's right?
Guess it's the belief that one religion is better than another that causes so much hate and violence in the world...

Everyone will say for you his religion is the best but you should decide about thier conducts with their religion.
Islam:
Because they deal with good banners (DON'T LOOK AT TERRORIST THEY ARE PAGANS AND MUSLIMS HATE THEM AT ALL) and they know their god well and they mention their god in good conditions or bad conditions.

The Christian religion I believe to be the only true religion.It is the best life there is if your faithful and walk as God would have you to.But if you live it half hearted, it is a miserable life and a reproach.

We didn't come into the world to join a religion, but to become a religion in ourselves, to know thy self. And the different movements serve as steps up the proverbial ladder of the stairway to heaven, and this heaven is what you grow to and become while still alive.
