i ve had this boyfriend in which i adored so much, yet i was so irritated with the fact that he always accused me of making passes at his best friend. To make a long story short i met a guy who I had been talking to for months and still going out with my boyfriend...so me and the guy became intimaite and i later find out that it was my boyfriends brother. Im not sure if I should say something, or just break up with him and move far away.

Sound like he has a reason to question your flirting. Time to break it off and don't get into another relationship until you are ready for just one person. You could be putting a lot of people at risk of catching a lot of things.
