Oh my God !!! Please do not believe princesspoison about doctors and nurses shoving piles back up !! Believe me that DOES NOT happen. It is advisable to see a health professional though just to confirm you have them. If you do , change your diet. Plenty of roughage (bran, brown bread, fruit etc) is good cause the last thing you want if you have piles is constipation or hard stools. And as said before there are loads of creams out there to help. Last bit of advice, use baby wipes instead of toilet paper. Less severe on your bum !

Piles can be itchy and they are uncomfortable. Usually you can feel lumps. The best advice is to get a cream from the chemist. They clear up in a few weeks. A good diet will also help reduce the risk of them coming back.

Itchy around the opening of the ar-se, bleeding and you can feel them, they feel like hard grapes. You need to watch the bleeding and do not be afraid to go to the doctor. The bleeding could also be associated with other life threatening diseases check with doctor and make sure it is piles. Wash your ar-se regularly especially after a dump and you may need to change your diet, there's nothing like passing a hard stool it smarts so you need to take mild precautions that could save you a lot of embarrassment and pain. I hope you are able to cope and take the right precautions.
All the best Red

First and foremost drink plenty of water, eat vegies, stay away from fatty foods as much as you can LOL
The main thing is to try not to be constipated or strain when on toilet. There are many ointments in drugstore/chemists/pharmacy that can help ask them for best type.
Exercise as that helps maintain a good bowel, but keeping your motions soft is the answer so good luck.
If the condition gets worse seek medical attention as they would say..LOL â¥

They'll be itchy, bumpy and sore, might be uncomfortable to sit down - they often accompany being a bit constipated.
Anusol is great stuff - it's not just a suppository, you can buy topical cream for the outside too, and it's really good.
Check on your diet - add fresh fruit and veg, drink lots of plain water, less caffeine, less sugar and salt and less processed carbohydrate.

Piles are very uncomfortable... like little needles in your bottom when you poo they will almost certainly bleed so if you see blood whilst wiping yourself you could have them. You can buy creams from the chemist to ease the discomfort and they do clear up although can come back hope this helps.....

Go see a nurse or a doctor, they will confirm it and either pop it back up where it came from or prescribe you with cream. There are many products already out there that you can use for this problem if you do not want the embarrassment of asking your GP

They will itch and you should be able to feel them. Try using the Gold Bond in the green container on them, it works a lot better than the ointments they try to sell and it is a lot cheaper.
