Her n i have been eye flirting for over a year now.
She gets jealous when i talk to someone.
She waited for me after class, so her & I can flirt.
She smiled at me when her n I were flirting
Aftetr the flirting session, she waits for me to leave first before she leaves.
She walked past me one time and ignored me, then when i turned around to look at her I saw her sneaking a peak at me w/ a side glance view.
Negative assumptions---
She's not shy talking to other people but she never talks to me.
She's really hot, so she can get anyone she wants, mayb she's not used to making the first move.

Believe me if she's "hot" she'll have no problem in getting asked out. Sounds to me as if she likes the attention but maybe not the rest of it.
I would suggest pluck up the courage and ask her out, if she says yes great.... if she says no then at least you have an answer (may not be the one you want)but least you can move on to someone who is interested in you.
The worst thing to do is nothing and read into all these signs which may or may not be real.

When girls like boys they tend to be shy towards them and only them. They don't hold back with other people because they don't have to impress them. She likes you, just be careful with that jealousy. Jealousy doesn't mean the person REALLY likes you, it's that they want "ownership". If you two did start dating, how comfortable do you think you'll be if she gets mad at you every time she sees you talking to the opposite sex?
