Walking & Cycling will help with your cardio levels & will keep your legs & thighs in good shape. I will only help your tummy to a minimum rate. To keep a flat tummy, you will need to do stomach crunches & sit-ups. Remember.. no pain.. no gain!

not much difference on tummy, but walking will preserve/improve you bone mass much better than exer-cycle. you might consider both to provide a change.
