Felix, I have no wish to enter the Japanese market, but to add to a tourist flyer in rural Somerset, which I have added 8 languages to already... thanks for your concern.. but no thanks, I wish to have a translation from somebody whom speaks the language as a mother tounge, not bablefished, or grammarless

Japanese is an exceptionally complex language with many subtly different words. The only way you could get an accurate translation would be to get a bilingual person to translate this. Although I speak a little Japanese I myself am nowhere near the level needed to translate something this complex.
You could try bablefish because your words do not need a sentence structure so translation may work through this site.

Most young Japanese people can speak English these days - especially jargon like cybernet cafe. One pound is about 200 yen, but then again most Japanese aren't really bothered much by prices as compared to popularity, image, location, etc. You obviously don't know much about Japan, therefore I would suggest you do not enter the market - there are rather larger problems here than language. If you really want to be successful in Japan you will need someone to front you, and that someone should be a Japanese management company.

Go onto the "Babelfish" website. Write your ad in english the click the "english to japanese" option. The site translates anything, even whole web pages
