Perhaps, but it might seem inappropriate. If your goal is to please your employees, perhaps something more neutral would be better. If your goal is to proselytize, you may have the opposite effect you are wanting.

Certainly. The First Amendment doesn't remove any and all expression of religion in private life--that common belief (promoted by liberals) is pure nonsense. Any private person can give any sort of gift to another private person, religious or otherwise. It isn't forbidden.

Yes they can. The constitution originally said the government cannot establish a church. Not separation from church and state.
