2nd cousin.
Your great aunt is your grandmothers sister, correct? So your mother/father and your great aunt's son are 1st cousins, and you would be a 2nd cousin.
If you meant your great grandmothers sister, then you would be a 3rd cousin.

He is your cousin. Probably cousin once removed or something like that. But not a lot of kin, just "family"

Think about it for a second!
If he was your aunt`s son, he would be your cousin.
Since he is your great-aunt`s son, then he is your uncle.
Why are you asking anyways?
Do you want him to bang you or something?!?
Don`t even think about it!!!
Hands off!
He`s off-limits!
I sure hope he`s married and therefore unavailable to you girl!!!
