I have not heard of using honey but I know Mayonaise is extremely good for your hair. Just apply right out of the jar , let it sit for at least 5 minutes and wash and rinse as usual.

Yea it is as far as I know. It's supposed to make your hair shine. I've put 3 or 4 tablespoons of it in really hot water and let it dissolve, then poured it on my hair while in the shower...it seemed to work.

I've never heard of honey being good for hair, but i've heard of mayonaise being good and avocado too.

I have never heard that before. Are you sure you can? Anyway, I would think it's o.k. for your hair, but it probably be hard to get out of your hair.
