In Islam there is a big difference between God, Prophet and holy spirit. As such there is no holy spirit in Islam but in a way u can say to those angels as a holy spirit.
In Islam God is one and he is call Allah in arabic and along with other prophet like Jesus, Mosas, Abrahim etc and his last prophet is Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)

Are these considered as mentions of Holy Ghost:
[4:171] "O followers of the Book! do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not speak (lies) against Allah, but (speak) the truth; the Messiah, Isa son of Marium is only a messenger of Allah and His Word which He communicated to Marium and a spirit from Him; believe therefore in Allah and His messengers, and say not, Three."
[2:87] "...We gave Isa, the son of Marium, clear arguments and strengthened him with the holy spirit..."
[2:253] "..We gave clear miracles to Isa son of Marium, and strengthened him with the holy spirit.."

because it is a pagan religion, allah is not a real god he is a moon god which is an idol in the ka'aba temple in Mecca which held 360 idols which was worshiped by pagan Arab tribes long before muhummad was even born !!! thats why there's no mention of a spirit in islam because their god is just a stone rock !!!

holy spirit in The Qur'an refers to the archangel Gabriel
We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of messengers; We gave Jesus the son of Mary Clear (Signs) and strengthened him with the holy spirit. Is it that whenever there comes to you a messenger with what ye yourselves desire not, ye are puffed up with pride?- Some ye called impostors, and others ye slay!

there isn't ??
2:87 "And most certainly We gave Musa the Book and we sent apostles after him one after another; and we gave Isa, the son of Marium, clear arguments and strengthened him with the holy spirit. What! whenever then an apostle came to you with that which your soul did not desire, you were insolent so you called some liars and some you slew."
