don't pass blanket judgements on Christians. I'm Christian, but not a homophobe. in fact I have several homosexual friends. because we are all sinners and while I believe that homosexuality is a sin, the Bible says that all sins are equal. telling a lie and killing a man are equal sins in God's eyes. and all can be forgiven. so obviously I've sinned, and do so every day. so why should I look down on another person because they sin? I don't look down on my friends who aren't Christian, even though I may not approve of their lifestyle and I don't look down on homosexuals.

I hope you aren't making a living as a debater....Your arguements aren't very good
1st.....sure it is a sin along with a lot of thing that we ( yes Christians) do. We aren't perfect. We do strive to do better and ask forgiveness when we fail. A practicing homosexual isn't sorry for the sin he/she is committing, so forgiveness isn't there. You have to repent to be forgiven. Repenting also means " to try harder next time to not make the same mistake"
2nd....sure they are human....and regardless of what you say or think....we do love the PERSON.......it's the sin we hate. God says it's wrong........so the bottom line .....it IS wrong...........even if you want to bash Christians for sins. Go ahead........that still doesn't change the fact that homosexuality is wrong
3rd.....it IS unnatural.......it causes health problems that are not associated with any other activity.......Procreation isn't possible
If everyone decided to be gay, mankind would disappear in one generation
Bottom line............it's wrong.......True some homosexuals CLAIM to be Christian......but if they actual READ the Bible, they know this cannot be unless they repent and stop what they are doing.
I don't make up the rules, God does. I just try my best to follow them and ask for forgiveness and strength when I fail.
I hope you have a Merry CHRISTmas..........

Well, for number one, it is a sin, and like other sins including lying, needs to be stopped according to the Bible to gain everlasting life.
For number two question, I've never heard anyone say "They aren't human". That is just another false accusation against Christians to continue the false charge of hate thrown upon Christians.
For number three, it is the Bible that says it is unnatural.
There is no parallel of homosexuality with 'plastic and air conditioning'. You need a better example to push your false charge.

I don't hate any individual but the sin I do hate. Therefore I do my best to avoid all sin and I do mean all!
Pro 8:13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogance, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
Pro 8:14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom:
Lets think about this. What in existence can make a man, who who doesn't want a woman, want a hair stank man who acts like a woman.
What can make a woman who doesn't want a man, want a woman who walk around and try to portray a man. Being sexed by artificial parts.
Only the Devil can decieve like this.
I pray that the love of Jesus just over takes you. aman!

yeah i agree with you on this one. its stupid that we have to act like chidren on this one. and a christian holocoust will probly end up happening sooner or later on the course that america is going these days. it seems that only the christians can ever be happy in this country. witch isnt fair since we all contribute to it. why cant a man love a man if he wants to. it really not the busness of anyone else to tell someone who he should live his life. even god says that. a lier will get the same punishment as a murderer at judgement day. all sins are equal and noone is perfect according to the christians so they should just get off it already and let every one else be happy for a chance. sometimes i really think this country would be a better place if the christians wernt so invoved in the government, then the founding fathers true intentions could really be. the constatution even says that all men were created equal and the bible says that all men ahve free will sooo why are you trying to surpress my free will and if im equal why dont i have equal right like every one else.
well thats my two sence on the topic

What a wasted emotion. Honestly, what kind of degenerate moron attempts to spread nonsensical messages of bigotry and hatred? Are these people serious? Do they think they're going to initiate some sort of mass conversion of all the "sinful, horrible" gays out there? Wake up; it's not a choice.
And I'll disagree with anyone that says that the best way to deal with homophobic miscreants is to just ignore them. You give an idiot enough power, and they're liable to do something with it. This type of hatred and ignorance NEEDS to be addressed because that's the only way that we, as a nation, as a global people, will be able to move past it and learn to love and respect one another.
Whether you're hetorosexual, homosexual, bisexual, transexual, transgendered, asexual, or whatever else is entirely irrelevant. We're all just PEOPLE when it comes down to it. Who gives a **** if Bob and Shawn are in love, or if Tina and Jeremy are? People are people, attraction is attraction, and love is love. You can't help who you are, so why worry about and get pissed off about who anyone else is? As long as it doesn't endanger yourself, you shouldn't even be concerned with it, unless you're seeking to help them out, since gays don't have the same rights that us "righteous" straight people do.
For Christ's sake, if you're gonna hate someone, hate someone for a VALID reason. Don't hide behind the cloak of The Bible and proclaim that God wills it to be this way. If He/She IS up there, I can't imagine that God is looking down with satisfaction when we villify, persecute, shame, cast blame upon and murder one another. Isn't God supposed to be the only one dispensing judgement anyway? How narcissistic and delusional one must be to think that they were somehow empowered with such insight to see into the mind of God.

It's really unfortunate to me that so many non-believers just "don't get" where it is that Christians really stand on this point. We are called to love the sinner, and hate the sin. It's just that simple. One of my very best friends is gay and I absolutely adore him and his boyfriend in fact. But as a born again Christian, their choice of life-style is totally against what God's word tells us to do. And I have been upfront with both of them about my beliefs. Do I chastise them or hate them for their way of life? Absolutely not. I am not called to do THAT. All sin is wrong and as sinners we must make every effort to turn from it and repent. And recognizing that my human body frequently leads me to my own sin, (we all have weaknesses), as a sinner I recognize my need for a savior. My gay friends are "out" in the open about their sexuality and I am equally "out" about my beliefs. There should be no difference. Why is it when Christians are "OUT" about their beliefs we are in fact persecuted? Frankly, I am SICK of the fact that it's ok for everyone to espouse their beliefs of whatever it is they want to do, but the minute a Christian does it we are absolutely trounced. And while I cannot change my gay friends, I AM called by my God to spread his word in a loving way and I DO. Christians believe that when we die we will be held accountable for what we did here on this earth and I WILL be asked what I did with my time here to glorify and serve Christ. If you knew that your best friend was about to raise a glass filled with poison to his lips would you just stand there and not say anything? Would you let him just drink it down knowing that it would lead to his doom? I highly doubt it. I will agree that there are some Christians who don't handle the gay issue correctly and in a loving way, but don't label all of us like that. Because we don't all act that way. Maybe you ought to really consider joining a bible study somewhere and really finding out what in fact it is that Christians believe in. Your comment of comparing homosexuality to "plastic and air conditioning" is nothing short of ridiculous and honestly......, shows just how illlogicial you are.

some people are just VERY ignorant! I'm straight and I'm a christian and I'm sorry but I wouldn't want someone to tell me who I could or could not love. So the ones like that bug the piss outta me too. We will all be judged for the final time one day and by the one whos opinion really matters. Lets just live in harmony together.

Homosexuality is a sin-- not nessecarily any worse than adultery, but still a sin. And yes homos are still people but they need to confess their sin and not indulge it, just like everyone else. as for being unnatural... come on, it obviously doesn't "work". Do you see homosexuality even in animals?

Christians Lack faith when they persecute homosexuals. Their actions are showing they feel God cant and wil not handle "sinners". So they instead take judgement and the like, into their own hands. Doing what they feel God should be doing. I believe God will handle everything in time. And I accept that he has a plan and use for everyone. Why Mary Magdalene was a Whore and the Apostle Paul a murderer, Noah a Drunk......Get my drift.
