She is doing remarkably well!! I wouldn't worry too much about it. Perhaps buying her a seat that fits the toilet might prompt her to give it a try! My little one, the first time she did a poo on the toilet actually burst into tears ... she was not happy with idea of her poo going down!! So try and make the seat thing something special for BIG girls!! Her mum will have some idea as to timing of her bowel movements ..perhapssit her down on the big girls seat with a book!! Leave her alone for awhile and she will soon cotton on. They hide away usually because they are becoming aware that this is a private function ... I mean we don't really like an audience either!! Once she has done her first poo, reward her with something special ... All my kids hated the potty!! But were great with the little seat! Good luck and don't stress!!

Try a tiolet seat instead of a potty bacause if it is a long poo in length she may not like the feel of it touching the bottom of the potty. My grand daughter loved the idea of trying to do a pink poo! Okay it was a con but she tried and tried bless her.

My daughter is 2 1/2 and is fully potty trained...we ( husband and I )just encouraged her to do both in the potty like a big girl, like mommy. If she would happen to have an accident we would just say, well, that's ok for this time, you are trying, but don't you want to keep those pretty underwear clean, she would be like yes. So, that's what worked. I would just try to encourage her more and more, which I'm sure that you do anyways, just to go in the big girl potty.

They really dont have that much control until age 4. Take a wee is fine but the other stuff is going to be messy.

Just be patient. Note when she does go and ask her beforhand if she needs the potty. She will get there. Its not a race.

wait for the signs and when you see she is about to ho hide or she is turning red rush her over to the potty and explain to her that the poop belongs in the potty
