I know there is a standard weight, but even so they use far too big a bag/packaging. I think they are skanks!

You used to get many more crisps when Walkers had some competition from Smiths, but now that Walkers have a virtual monopoly they can do pretty much what they like, and that includes putting only 10 crisps in a packet!

As someone who works in retail, I can tell you we're kinda to blame too. We get told to put as much out as is humanly possible when it comes to crisps, and this means pushing and pushing bags of crisps until literally no more will fit, even with force. Unfortunately, this means the bags at the back get crushed, and you get the little smashed up ones.

A quick insider tip, get a multipack, they're about the same weight or the same weight exactly, but when you figure it out, the bags cost a hell of a lot less. We sell single bags for 34p, but 10 packs for less than £2. Do the math...

give up crisps. 1 packet a day over a year = consuming 5litres of cooking oil, buy non fried snacks or just drink the oil! (same thing) or baked potatoe by the way walkers are a rip off

As you said, there is a standard weight, and each chip is pretty heavy. But yeah, they don't give much...which is why I stick to doritos and/or flaming hot cheetos.

It's their backwards way of making them more healthy. 25% less fat = 25% less crisps!
