Locks of love is the program that most people do. If you go to their website, they can give you a list of cosmotology places in your area that will cut your hair for free as long as your hair is ten inces or longer.

I'm pretty sure that most salons participate in that program. Maybe try doing a search for St. Baldrick's. They do a fundraiser every year where everyone shaves their head.
