You can't beat Pepto.
Now, instead of writing out I know I've spelled it wrong, (You punctuated it wrong, also. And the I's should be capitalized.)
Why don't you just hit the little spell checker that is right above the box where you type in the question? Would've saved you time, and also would've avoided answers like this one. You also would've found out you spell diarrhea right, but spelled spelled wrong.

Pour some Pepto into a glass. Fill it the rest of the way with milk. Mix it up with a spoon. Drink it slowly. It tastes like a milk shake and presto, tummy ache gone.

They're starting to recommend that people with IBS, or IBS-like symptoms like frequent diarrhea be tested for celiac disease, which is an intolerance to gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats). A lot of people with celiac were misdiagnosed as having IBS for years. (18 years for me). It takes an average of 11 years for a person with celiac to be diagnosed.
Here's a webpage by the National Institutes of Health on celiac -
http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases...
If that starts sounding familiar here are a couple of message boards for people with celiac and other gluten intolerances.
http://www.glutenfreeforum.com
http://www.celiacforums.com
You can also be intolerant to other common foods and get the symptoms you are describing. Soy, corn, eggs, yeast, dairy, etc. You may want to think about keeping a food/symptoms journal and see if you can identify the culprit(s).
I hope you feel better soon.

I wouldn't take any over the counter remedies.
The best cure is to just drink water to keep yourself hydrated and if the problems persists, seek medical advice.

If you have a stomach bug, pepto bismol and those others will only make it linger. Try the brat diet. bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. No milk or dairy products.
